Over the next few months, IOCE will be putting up short videos to introduce the most salient issues when talking about professionalization.
Professionalization in evaluation is not uniformly practised and there are many ways to achieve it.
IOCE will not be telling you how to professionalize in your context and with your resources, because they are unique to you.
Through the videos, we will encourage dialogue regarding the HOW: how can you translate these ideas into practice in your national and regional VOPEs. The videos will discuss what we mean by professionalization, what is credentialing, competencies, and standards among others.
