2015 is the International Year of Evaluation and also the year when the Millennium Development Goals will be replaced by a new set of internationally agreed goals called the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The new SDGs will be applicable to all countries and there is strong emphasis on developing national evaluation capacity and innovative processes to evaluate the proposed 17 goals. On behalf of EvalPartners, IOCE has already launched Calls for Proposals for Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Gender & Equity Innovation Challenge in 2015. IOCE is now announcing a supplemental opportunity for a new Innovation Challenge support offered by Thomson Reuters. This Call for Proposals is described in the PDF below.
