Government, NGO/CBOs, UN Agencies, academia and the private
sector. |

Purpose of group |
| The purpose of the RWAMEN is to: |

Define and adapt the programs and projects
evaluation Standards in collaboration with different
stakeholders in Development of the Country |
| • |
Organize Training sessions on monitoring and
evaluation systems in collaboration with any other interested
partners |
| • |
Bring together evaluation experts and end-users
of evaluation information to promote mutual understanding
of evaluation needs, feasibility of specific proposals,
and availability of skills. |

Contribute to the capacity development of the
existing national human resources and expertise within
the Country. |

| 5. |
Current strategy and emphasis |
| |
RWAMEN is currently working on its formalization
by finalizing and the network constitution; provide support
in terms of Monitoring and Evaluations to public, NGO
and UN Agencies institutions in Rwanda. Sharing Monitoring
and Evaluation experience and expertise among RWAMEN
members, organise training in Monitoring and Evaluation. |
